About the Department
We have infrastructure comparable to the best in the world. We provide an ideal environment for exploring new ideas and encouraging young minds’ creative and independent thinking. We facilitate faculty members to engage in research that combines both rigor and relevance. We promote twin qualities of a lifelong yearning for learning and a compassionate attitude towards fellow human beings. We organise a whole lot of events and open discussions in my airy atrium. We conduct varied workshops in my specious seminar halls and huge conferences and summits in our auditorium.
With able support from industry and faculty, our students will surely escalate and reach new avenues of success.
Studios are supported by well-equipped workshops where models and prototypes in various materials are made and tested with assistance from technical experts. ‘Hands-on’ approach is emphasized and has a well-equipped computer lab with high-speed internet facility and access to online high-end software.
Each year study tours are organized to conduct Relative study program for development of skills like sketching, photography, documentation, hands-on knowledge of construction techniques.

The aim of the department is to achieve excellence in architectural design that, needs not only needs the skilful creation of forms and aesthetics but also inspirations from an in depth bank of technical knowledge and practical know-how. Our vision is to achieve the leading edge of technology development and a sought after partner among the scientific and business communities. We intend to produce competent graduates who enter their careers in different sectors and contribute to the industry.
The method of teaching would involve a problem solving approach where technical and theoretical knowledge would be well integrated. It will be also built on a project based approach that is unique in architecture design and education.
We mentor our students to imbibe our values and insights into the state of the art facility that nourish and amplify the students’ talent to mould them into the masters of tomorrow. Every incoming candidate is encouraged to be prepared to take risks if need be, to achieve success and gain fruitful returns with our strong support. Our students are encouraged to participate in various seminars, workshops and events each academic year. The School demonstrates its commitment in bridging academic excellence and professional development through individual mentoring programs and active engagement through professional of the architecture field.
